We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to drive hiring efforts across technical and business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and building high-quality talent pipelines. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, innovative sourcing strategies, and the ability to enhance candidate experience. The TA Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling our team and shaping our people strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for key technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and candidate personas.
- Source and screen candidates through creative channels (not just job boards).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract talent
- Use insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across different levels.
- Expertise in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience with employer branding, talent market mapping, and talent pipelining.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.
- Team management or leadership experience is a plus.
