About the Role
At Nuivio, we don’t just build products - we build startups from the ground up. Some of our AI products are already out in the wild, others are in the making, and all of them need thoughtful, user-first design. If you love crafting clean flows, mapping out journeys, and turning fuzzy ideas into pixel-perfect screens, you’ll feel right at home here.

This role is all about creating experiences that are simple, smooth, and genuinely useful. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to bring designs to life and have a real say in how things look, feel, and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX efforts from research to wireframes, prototypes, and testing.
• Translate product goals into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into real screens.
• Use and evolve shared design systems for consistency across products.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on UX experience (bonus if it’s with startups or fast-paced teams).
• A solid portfolio that shows your process and design thinking.
• Comfort with tools like Lovable, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or whatever helps you create magic.
• Clear understanding of what makes a great user experience and how to test for it.
