Position Overview:

The Sales Hunter will be responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. They must be able to independently identify new prospects in their target market, generate new sales opportunities, work with internal teams to determine the right solution fit, and nurture strong client relationships towards closing the deal. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking ability, excellent persistence and persuasive skills, and demonstrating a strong track record in a similar role previously.

Roles and

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a structured go-to-market plan for the assigned target market.
  • Identify prospective new customers and generate new sales leads.
  • Be the primary point of initial contact with new prospects and build long-term relationships to enable successful sales closure.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the prospects.
  • Develop a good knowledge of Ignitho’s service offerings and leverage this to generate profitable revenue.
  • Work with internal teams to build and present viable solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of agreed initiatives against agreed quotas and targets periodically to internal stakeholders.

Must have Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role hunting net new B2B IT services business with US, UK or European customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and online.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and planning ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
